The services and products used on this website are subject to acceptance of the terms and conditions listed below.

 

Delivery and Dispatch

Most Peli orders are dispatched within 1 working day of receiving your order, and delivered the next day, any delays will be made known to you via email. SKB products generally take around 2-3 days to arrive.

If you are not notified of any delay and haven't received your items within 5 days then please notify us immediately.

Delivery is free to mainland UK for orders over £150, otherwise a flat rate of £6.00 is charged. Additional charges will apply outside mainland UK including Scottish highlands. In this situation, we will contact you to arrange payment for delivery.

Please check your goods for any sign of damage upon delivery, ask the delivery driver to wait while you check your goods. If the goods are found to be damaged then do not accept the delivery. They will be returned to us and we will contact you with further details.

If you think you have been sent the wrong goods then please let us know immediately. If that is the case then we will arrange a collection of the incorrect goods and you will be sent the replacement.

Your goods may be dispatched to you without prior warning.

If no one’s there to collect the delivery the couriers will attempt a re-delivery the next day, if no one is there again to collect the delivery the goods will be returned to us and the customer will need to arrange a delivery date with ourselves at their cost.

 

Order Confirmation 

After placing your order online you will receive an automated e-mail as confirmation.

 

Tax Charges

Customers from inside the UK and European Union will be charged VAT at the current applicable rate. 

 

Guarantee 

Most SKB products have a lifetime guarantee. Please get in touch if your product has become damaged.

 

Returns

Should you wish to return your order for any other reason than damage please contact us within 7 days of receipt. All returns must first be authorised by us. Authorisation can be received by emailing your reason for return to sales@rdco.co.uk.  We will arrange for collection of goods once an authorisation for return has been given. Do not send back goods without authorisation as you may not receive a refund or replacement. 

 

If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be bourn by the customer. However, if there is a fault, the return delivery costs will be bourn by RDCO Ltd.
